It was issuing store credits when it was not supposed to. we had to uninstall it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with our app and any inconvenience it may have caused.
After reviewing your account settings, we noticed that the "Issue automatic store credit for refunds" option was enabled. This feature, which is disabled by default, automatically applies store credit when refunds are processed. It is optional and can be easily turned off in the app’s settings.
