syncX: Stock Sync

Have been using Stock Sync for around five years. Over the last year our store changed significantly: added multiple new suppliers, mixed CSV, XML, and API feeds, expanded internationally, enabled multi-currency, and rolled out extensive metafield usage.

Stock Sync handled all of it reliably. The platform scaled with our complexity, and the support team consistently helped us implement changes, troubleshoot edge cases, and adapt configurations as our setup evolved.

Still a core part of our Shopify stack, unlike a number of other “core” apps we have outgrown and replaced.

Jan 9 2024: Have been using Stocksync for 3+ years now and it has worked consistently and reliably. As the needs of our store have changed Stocksync has been able to adapt with its deep level of configuration.

The support staff have been top notch, knowledgeable, and dedicated, which has been most important for us. The support staff have been able to triage issues coming from the supplier all the way through to diagnosing issues within shopify, they really have gone above and beyond.
