We have been using the app to automatize our inventory for over two years now. So far, it has been working smoothly. I hope people also use options like filters to manage their inventory for different locations.

I have a drop shipping website of about 13000 products. I could not run this website without StockSync! I use stock sync to update the on hand quantities at scheduled intervals of my choosing. I can update the "on hand" quantities from a spreadsheet or seamlessly via FTP where the source data is provided to me by the supplier. It's reasonably straight forward to set up and Stock Sync support is very quick. Some other nice features I'm now using is to automatically create new products when they don't exist in my store. Cool features include setting rules for margins / GP to make automatic retail price adjustments. I also have a rule that when i sync my inventory if my supplier has 2 or less in stock then i get StockSync to make it "zero" on hand on my website for those items. This has saved me lots of headaches. Well done StockSync.

Excellent app, couldn't operate without it. Had my first issue after using it for a couple of years and support sorted it immediately (the problem wasn't of their making, was an issue with the way I was listing some new products)

Stocksync has been incredibly useful in managing our inventory and syncing price, availability, and metafields. When an issue arises, they normally respond in the next day or so, but they are very helpful and even went and added a new option for us to use in order to accommodate our needs. Would recommend stockysync for anyone looking to manage pricing and inventory.

The app: 5 stars. It works well 99% of the time and has some clever functions that makes it very useful. Definitely saved us lots of manual work.
The support: The support is helpful, but it normally requires a few mail exchanges before they actually look into the issue in matter. The 1st line support seems to be there just to send out generic answers and FAQ links. Mainly the response time is a problem. You get a reply max. once per 24h. Which is extremely frustrating when you stuck with something urgent.

very disappointed with building the product section as for three weeks I could not fix an issue. Every time I emailed the person that day who read it did not read previous messages and then I had to repeat myself over and over finally nothing was fixed and the case was closed once I complained. Many feeds are not updated and most have not new item. Also, you cannot see the feeds you have to specifically ask for it. This whole process takes weeks and finally, you just give up.

This app is brilliant and the support is even better. Being able to filter the products I want to sync supplier-by-supplier and using custom billing is great, I don't need my whole catalogue synced so I only pay for what I need.
The app supports loads of ways to run feeds. I have it set to send me an email daily so I can check what's run. It's reasonably easy to set up, I'm running email attachment and SFTP feeds and this app was much easier to use than another I tried.
Raj has been great at pointing me in the direction of what settings I need to change to get to my desired outcome and responds quickly, time zones permitting.
In short, does everything I can think of, at a fair price, easy to use and with excellent help explaining how it works if required.
