Great app, helps us synchronise multiple supplier's stock levels in combination with our own, all of which have slightly different ways of feeding us that information (spreadsheets, Google Drive, Dropbox, Email, FTP.... all with different column headers and layouts).
The syncX:Stock Sync team have been immensely helpful when I had questions. They got back to me quickly with answers and were very friendly and professional.
Overall Stock Sync 'just works' in the background. It's a great app and provides a great deal of functionality and removes lots of otherwise manual work.

One of the biggest strengths of SyncX is its flexibility in data mapping and matching logic. Unlike many other sync tools that force rigid rules, SyncX allows you to precisely control how products are identified and updated. Whether you want to match products by barcode (EAN/GTIN), SKU, or even custom composite identifiers, the system gives you that freedom. This is critical when working with suppliers that don’t always provide clean or consistent data.
Another standout feature is the advanced XML handling. SyncX supports complex XML structures with custom parent nodes and variant nodes, which makes it suitable for enterprise-level feeds and non-standard supplier formats. The ability to manually define parent nodes ensures stable imports even when auto-detection fails — a huge advantage for real-world supplier feeds.
Performance-wise, SyncX handles large catalogs smoothly. Even with thousands of products, updates are reliable and predictable. Incremental syncs for price and quantity allow you to keep your store up to date without risking unwanted overwrites of product content such as titles, descriptions, or images.

Great support and a very usefull app.
We have had some problems along the way because they keep developing the app, however every time we contacted them they have been extremely helpfull and effecient.
This app has honestly saved me a huge amount of time. We work with multiple suppliers, each with their own inventory and product feed files, and managing those connections manually used to take up a lot of time and attention. Being able to automate those supplier file connections in one place has made our workflow significantly smoother.
What really stood out to me was the support team. They’ve been incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or needed help configuring something. There were a few specific features we needed in order to make our supplier updates run seamlessly, and the team was able to guide us through the setup and help us get everything working properly.
Now our process for keeping supplier inventory and data up to date is much more streamlined, and it’s freed up a lot of time that we can spend on other parts of the business. Overall, it’s been a really helpful tool for managing multiple supplier integrations.
I’m giving SyncX 4 stars. The app can be a bit tricky and hard to set up initially, but once you manage to get the logic right, it works like a charm.
The best part was the support—I received excellent help and as soon as I got through to a real person instead of a bot. Having a human Raj guide me through the flow made all the difference. Highly recommended if you need a reliable sync, just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve during setup!
