Amazing customer service. The live chat was an actual engineer who could answer every question and even went into my app settings remotely to input the code I needed. For a step I needed to complete myself, Max even recorded a live instruction video demonstrating for me step by step on his screen with his audio instructions guiding me. So astonishingly helpful and thorough! Can't recommend highly enough, so far I am amazed!
