First of all I'm impressed with the quality of their products. Everything is well-made, from creams and serums to packaging.
The app is incredibly easy to use, making it simple to manage orders and streamline operations. What truly stands out, though, is their customer support. I faced an issue with shipping caused by the courier, and even though it wasn’t their fault, the SelfNamed team (special thanks to Utpinjar!) went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly and efficiently.
I’m very happy with the service and products, and I’ll definitely continue working with them. Highly recommended!
