Vivian was a life saver. I tried adding products from CJ's and their customer service was .... language barrier and didn't listen and rushed me out the door.
DSER's is worth the monthly fees as customer service was prompt, I waited 1 minute, and she found the issue right away. (I uninstalled and re-installed the DSER App, as CJ didn't give good instructions) and it bumped out my shipping locations in my shopify settings which had all my products inventory set to 0.
Vivian saved alot of stress at 10PM on a weekend. Highly recommend.
