Clearly everyone leaving a review feels strongly about the customer service level at Toki and I couldn't agree more! You don't get that many glowing reviews without actually having the service to back it up. Jason, Nikita, Elise, and everyone at Toki has been a dream to work with. Jason answered my endless barrage of questions and concerns, immediately addressed them quicker than any other provider I've worked with, and came up with excellent solutions for our very unique tech stack. I couldn't recommend them more. The program itself is easy to use, set up, and customize. There are definitely a ton of options out there for loyalty programs, and I'm so glad we went with them. You will NOT get this level of service anywhere else! Thank you to everyone at Toki!!
