The best service and support I have ever experienced on any platform. EVER. Hands-down. Thanks to Siva. Siva was excellent, very knowledgeable, very patient and thorough, and great at communicating. He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five!
