No stars really. Cannot find where to cancel and no response from support. Everything is automated even when giving their email a support ticket is sent and no response. Tried to take £000s from my account. NOT recommended at all.

your account was canceled the same day you requested it (February 19th). We only charge money for any price plan that was actually ordered. If there is still an issue open, just reply to the support ticket - It will be answered in a quick manner.
