Paying $20/month for absolutely nothing. On it's best day, the Sell by Weight App will take 5 minutes to load on your POS and slow you down. On it's worst day, it shows a blank screen or opens to the 'set up' screen. We have found it to be incredibly frustrating and now it doesn't work at all. We have not been able to use it since last week when they "updated it" and seemingly broke it. We opened a support case which hopefully gets resolved soon, as we are paying for this service.
Hi Hadley, we spoke yesterday on the phone. We're sorry for the frustration you experienced with our app - the issues you mentioned in your review were unfortunately caused by Shopify and outside of our control as a third party developer, but our new tile should load noticeably more quickly. If you'd like to give our app another try, you can follow the instructions we emailed to you.
