Loop has been fantastic. When we decided to go headless, we searched for a subscription service with a robust API, knowing we had big plans. Loop has exceeded our expectations. Their customer service is outstanding, and their tools are state-of-the-art. Recently, I built an entire headless frontend, and when a customer checks out, I can use a single placeholder product, tap the Loop API to turn it into a bundle, and even adjust the subscription start date, among other features. Our success manager works US hours and is incredibly helpful and resourceful. Loop empowers its team to assist customers in completing critical projects consistently and on time.
