Migrating to Loop was one of the best infrastructure decisions we've made. We came to Loop carrying the baggage of three separate systems that had never really talked to each other, and the prospect of consolidating all of it was genuinely intimidating. Subscriptions are the lifeblood of our recurring revenue, so there was no margin for getting this wrong.
What set Loop apart from the start was the expertise on the ground during the migration itself. This wasn't a hand-off-the-docs-and-good-luck experience. Their team worked alongside us to map every piece of data across all three legacy systems, validated that everything transferred correctly, and didn't consider the job done until we'd confirmed it ourselves.
The care they took on the front end saved us from the kind of silent data problems that don't surface until months later when they're far more expensive to fix.
But the real differentiator has been what happened after go-live. Sri and Ayush have become genuine partners in this part of our business. They didn't disappear once the migration was complete. They've stayed engaged, helping us implement meaningful improvements to our retention and pause-and-cancellation flows, areas that directly protect and grow our recurring income.
Every time we've wanted to refine something, they've been right there, available not just for the technical lift but for the strategic thinking behind it.

Loop is a great app for increasing subscriptions and boosting retention. It offers many ways for attract subscribers, and create loyalty. The migration experience from my previous subscription app was very easy, and I'm excited to see the results play out over time!
Switched to Loop from our previous subscription app and the difference has been night and day. The platform is genuinely built for DTC brands that take retention seriously - flexible cancellation flows, clean analytics, and a UX that actually makes sense for both us and our subscribers.
The onboarding experience was the real standout. Huge thanks to Tarun and Aakash, who made the migration feel effortless. They were responsive, patient with our (many) questions, and clearly invested in setting us up properly rather than just getting us live. Onboarding was a bit cumbersome (especially migrating subscriptions from our old provider and seeing many drop off) but ever since we got this live, its been going well.
