Since the beginning with Loop the support has been amazing, they care about you and your business. It is easy to use and there are a lot of options to use to improve customer retention and avoid subscriptions cancelations. recommended!

I’ve had a really great experience using the Loop Subscription app so far. The platform itself is intuitive and makes managing subscriptions much smoother compared to other tools I’ve tried.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer support. They were genuinely committed to helping me resolve my issue and didn’t just send generic replies. They took the time to understand my situation and even hopped on a call with me to make sure we were fully aligned and everything was working as expected.

It’s rare to find that level of hands-on support these days, and it made a big difference. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Loop to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution backed by a team that truly cares.
