I've been using Loop for a couple of months now and am delighted with every aspect. The changeover from my previous subscription app was handled beautifully, the Loop team did all the heavy lifting and there was no disruption at all to subscribers. And the support team are great. They're on a par with Shopify support: fast to respond, warm and friendly + they totally know their product.
The app has been running perfectly for me, it's super easy to manage and has some nifty tools + analytics. Probably the thing I like most is the customer portal; the set out is clear and simple so that even the most tech-challenged person could find their way around.

La meilleure application de gestion d'abonnement ! C'est simple TOUT est possible avec eux, ils trouvent toujours des solutions pour que vous soyez satisfait. Nous échangeons principalement avec Nihal, qui est ultra réactif et toujours présent pour nous aider ! Une équipe aux petits soins, qui est très facile à contacter ! Leur SAV est toujours disponible dans l'heure pour répondre à nos problèmes ou bugs ! Nous sommes plus que ravis ! Merci à eux pour leur travail et longue vie à Loop !

Really good platform
We moved over from seal as we wanted the option to add one time products to upcoming orders and an easier to navigate more professional looking customer portal. Loop ticks all the boxes for us!
Migration was very seamless and the communication from all at loop is faultless - they are always on hand to help!

Migrated to Loop from Recharge and like it a lot more so far. App is easy to set up and the team is very helpful with migrating over customers and getting everything onboarded. My only complaint is that I wish it had a feature that automatically emails customers if the product they're subscribed to changes in price and gives them the option to opt-out. Other than that, I think they are a great solution.
