Migrating to Loop was one of the best infrastructure decisions we've made. We came to Loop carrying the baggage of three separate systems that had never really talked to each other, and the prospect of consolidating all of it was genuinely intimidating. Subscriptions are the lifeblood of our recurring revenue, so there was no margin for getting this wrong.

Onboarding was a bit cumbersome (especially migrating subscriptions from our old provider and seeing many drop off) but ever since we got this live, its been going well.
I can't say enough good things about Amandeep, Ishika, and our other representatives. They really go above and beyond to explain things in detail, even recording Looms that walk me through changes to make.

Their cancellation flow allows us to prevent churn and the dashboard provides incredible insight. The customer support staff and specialists they provide you with are also very helpful, meeting every requirement. It's a premium price point, but it is worth the cost.
