It's a scam, I tried to cancel my plan for 3 months, they don't let you to do so on their system, you need to send message to their customer support and they still charge me until this day.......

We've tested multiple subscription platforms and Loop is the best. It is as powerful and multi-featured as the most expensive competitors at a much more reasonable price. They are *continually* adding smart, genuinely useful tools and improvements (we're talking every few weeks) and the customer service is impeccable. You simply don't need to look any further.

Aditya and Dashrath have been incredibly attentive and accommodating to our company's needs. We have a large subscriber base and many payment tokens that needed to be migrated from Wordpress to Shopify. The Loop team managed and executed that technically complex and tedious process exceptionally well without loss of revenue or inconvenience to our staff and customers. The Loop plugin is incredibly customizable and the features and analytics are top-tier. Overall, we are very, very happy we switched to Loop.

Loop has been a great solution for our small business. After being verbally promised an extended trial period, I was unexpectedly charged $650. I was assured the charge would not occur, yet it was processed the same day. I immediately requested a refund, and it has now been over a week with no resolution.

This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any application or service. The messaging from the company was misleading, suggesting that “next month would be like having it free,” despite the charge already being taken.

Instead of issuing a prompt refund, I was offered store credit, which is not an acceptable resolution when a clear promise was not honored. Support responses have been inconsistent and unhelpful, often lacking a clear understanding of their own software or policies.

I have escalated this matter through my bank and Shopify, but the process has been unnecessarily long and stressful. This situation has caused real financial strain and should never happen to customers operating in good faith.

I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and to ensure all trial extensions and billing agreements are provided in writing before trusting verbal assurances.

The Loop team was very thorough in their onboarding to make sure everything went smoothly. We've been using the product for 4 months now, and since then our subscriptions have been steadily increasing. The tech and support team are readily available to help with any issues we have, and I appreciate the monthly check-ins to discuss performance and next steps.

I migrated to from Appstle to Loop due to the increased support, functionality and analytics.
