Can't recommend enough, they were so helpful when we were switching over from Bold Subscriptions. Bold made it almost impossible to leave on purpose, and Loop saved the day! They were able to handle migration end to end without all of the manual inputting that Bold said we would have to do. Bold said we'd have to add each one of our subscribers one by one and there was "no way" for them to help us otherwise. Do not use Bold. Use Loop. Their team is professional and quick to respond, and so helpful. The app has all of the customizations we need and so far, it's been an absolutely wonderful decision to switch over. Thank you Loop!

We migrated from Recharge to Loop in November 2022 as we had a few challenges with the UX and back-end from Recharge. Loop has been really good when migrating all the existing subscriptions from Recharge and setting up Loop on our website. For me the key differentiator is the service we got from Loop, we could call Loop frequently and would be dealing with the same guy (Abel Leslie) who was great. What I also really like is Loop's dashboard, the selling plan (allowing to give a higher discount on the first order and then a lower on subsequent orders), as well as the customer portal, everything is a lot more intuitive and very easy to navigate. I can highly recommend Loop and would absolutely do it again.

We were using the Recharge subscription app for over a year and after I found Lopp Subscriptions. I gave a chance to Loop and the app is much better than Recharge. The support is very friendly and always here to help on the same day. The Customer Portal is very good with many options.

Really happy with the app so far! SO much better than what we were using previously (Timo). The Loop team has been stellar with their communication and help in migrating our existing subscriptions and getting set up on their app. Would highly recommend to anyone!
