This is the best subscription app I've come across. The bundle works great and it allows customizing to match your theme through a little bit of coding.

We only recently launched subscriptions, but we're pretty happy with Loop. We launched it on an older theme and got a subscription sale pretty immediately. Then we launched a new theme (IMPACT), and the subscription widget stopped functioning properly. It took about a week going back and forth with Loop support, but they were able to go in and get it functioning properly again and we're very pleased. Excited to see how introducing this to our business helps it grow.

I had a very specific case for Subscriptions that it seemed no other app was capable of performing. Our store subscriptions needed to be available for in-store pickup only and have shipping restricted. Harshit, Vivek and Surbhi were all friendly, professional and punctual with updates and responses. They resolved the issue by getting in touch with Shopify and within a couple days - I was good to go. Thank you so much to the Loop team, I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to start subscriptions or bundles.

My experience with Loop has been great! It was very simple to install to my website and customer service is very responsive and helpful. I ran into a slight issue installing the subscription to my website but they fixed the problem for me immediately. I highly recommend Loop for your subscription services.

We are in the process of installing and launching this app but I wanted to address the negative comments about customer service - these guys have been great! Ready to jump on a call no matter what time of day and they have sent multiple detailed emails helping me get this set up. Great customer service! Excited to see our sales increase with this app.

This app is a JOKE. There is NO customer service. They do not contact you ever. They just keep sending "schedule a call" emails but then push your call off over and over. And all call times are between midnight and 4am. I'm convinced that all reviews were entered by this company.

After this review and even before this review, we have tried reaching out to you to activate Subscriptions for your store but haven’t been able to do so.
You scheduled 3 calls with us for your subscription widget issue but didn’t join any of the calls. After every call, we sent an email asking you to reschedule the call and even followed-up with you. I have updated the timeline of events on the google doc below, we have shared the same sheet with you as well.
I am really not sure what we could have done differently so you wouldn't have felt disappointed with us.
If you do want to try us again, please feel free to respond to our emails and we will be happy to power subscriptions for you.
