Great app, best customer service ever. These are real people who not only have an excellent product but they also are super responsive to questions, they take feedback and improve their product based on suggestions and they are very available to help whenever needed. We migrated from Bold1. Loop has much more functionality. I highly recommend.

The guide in the Help Center and the support staff made it easy to initially set up our subscriptions. The staff then kept us informed while they carried out the migration of our existing subscriptions for us. Any questions we have are quickly responded to with helpful information.

Using Loop with our custom widget design was very straightforward. I’m very glad we were able to use them to bring our subscription design to life. The Loop team was very patient with any questions our developer had and took hours out of their schedule to fix an issue we had with our theme not working with the widget. Highly recommend!

After having used some other popular subscription solutions, we highly recommend Loop. There are other decent solutions out their, but based on price, support, functionality, and ease-of-use, we believe Loop is the best by far.
The Loop team is incredible - they're so helpful and responsive. We have many subscribers, and migrating to a new subscription platform was daunting. But Loop made it easy and was very proactive about getting us through each step.
Dealing with my old subscription provider could be frustrating because you have to go through their chatbot and then submit a ticket. But with the Loop team, we were able to get on Zoom right away, and they will never leave you hanging. The application itself is 100x more user-friendly than our old subscription provider.

Migrated from Bold to Loop. The team made the migration as seamless as possible, even working to recode my website with my web designer after the previous app's code was causing some trouble with the migration.
The functionality of Loop is epic - already made massive changes to the customer experience which is increasing AOV and LTV. (only been live for a month so it will be exciting to see how this progresses as I customise things further.)
The team has been so attentive and proactive in helping me improve my business, nothing like my experience with my previous app provider. To anyone who is growing a subscription-based ecom business, I'd 100% recommend Loop.
