As a new brand, we encountered a small issue while getting familiar with the app and decided to reach out via email with our concerns. To our surprise, we received an almost immediate response, letting us know that someone would be in touch. We were absolutely blown away by the customer support provided by Nathan. Not only did he record a video demonstrating how to fix the issue, but he also took the initiative to resolve it himself. Additionally, he shared some valuable tips at the end of the video.
