This is a solid app that works really well for our Australian business, where we sell nationally and internationally.
Plus their customer service is professional, friendly and fast!

Just constant issues with adding extra cover. Was told to alter the amounts on the list of products but then it still just gives me Mypost rates and not Eparcel rates. Really annoying having to contact them to fix this issue constantly!
We are really impressed with this app, it has definitely streamlined our postage workflow. It just works.
However we are wasting a lot of postage labels because there is nowhere to select which position on the page to post the label, it just defaults to top left.

As for the label position on A4 label sheets, we have been asking Australia Post to make that possible for man years.
Currently though, they don't provide partners like us any way of selecting a starting label position in order to save paper etc.
Perhaps looking at an A6 label printer might be an alternative?

Have just sent the first parcels on our new website and am most impressed with the support provided by Molly via the online chat. The speed and clarity with which Molly helped solve my issues and excellent instruction pdfs were fantastic. Not only did it allow me to send our first packages but also taught me thoroughly what steps I need to take. The app is a great asset in streamlining our processes and giving us more time to focus on our core business of growing grapes and making wine.
Love the app, and the level of support is brilliant! Very quick to respond, and Nathan explained in great detail with a clear, short video demonstration recorded specifically for us to explain how to fix our issue. And gave us a few extra tips along the way.
Customer Service not particularly helpful. The App doesn't monitor the tracking of your consignments to check the delivery status so it isn't possible to update the order status in Shopify to Shipment Delivered. If you get this App, you'll still need other apps for delivery status tracking - WHICH EVERY CUSTOMER EXPECTS. I wouldn't recommend
Unfortunately it looks like you either misunderstood the core functionality of our app, or are confusing our app with a different type of product.
Our app is designed to print labels, and fulfil Shopify orders. It is not a tracking app and nowhere do we state that it provides tracking monitoring and future updates of delivery statuses. This is completely different functionality to that of a label printing app like ours.
As it stands, once our app fulfils an order, communication to the customer (with tracking information) is triggered automatically and Australia Post also provide the customer with tracking updates. So customers certainly will get delivery and shipment updates. Just not from our app directly.
It is unfair to leave a 1 star review about a feature and functionality that we never claimed to have.
As for our "Customer Service not particularly helpful", we responded to the chat request within a few minutes, and answered all questions (including clarifying out that we don't have the feature enquired about). We cannot do any more than that.
Molly helped me SO MUCH with my issue, she sent me a detailed video explaining everything for me, it answered everything I need. She was very kind.
Good. However pricey. $1200+ yearly seems steep for the function of this app.
