The only issue that I would like to see worked on is having a service where you can have your development team set the app up for the customer who like me, find it difficult to understand the process.
But with that said Violette was a life saver. She had the patience to work with me which is saying alot! She understood your app when others did not. She is a real asset to your company and deserves a raise or promotion maybe into a trainer position where the other empoyees can learn and be able to solve issues as much as she did. Other employees kept sending me to videos to watch which were not helpful in my case. But Violette stepped up and would go into where my problems were and actually do it for me where I couldn't. Great Job Violette.
