Hands down - One of the best apps in the Shopify store - without their comprehensive exports (which I then consume in PowerBi) I would have not been able to clean up our store's database (which consists of 10's of thousands of products and orders) in such a short time. Along with that - their customer support (which at times is within a few minutes) and help in providing me with answers to my questions - is probably the best out there. About your suggestion for product change history tracking - a basic perspective of Products changes can be seen in the "Activity" export. But we have written from our Support to your e-mail to find out more about your needs.
