I initially thought the app looked very complex but after going through several of the tutorials, it was actually relatively simple for us to achieve what we needed for our shipping rates. And when I ran into an issue, customer service came back to me within a few hours and sorted it out! Nithish also did a great job helping me with a rural postcode situation to get it sorted!
