this app makes a lot of sense on paper - but it doesn’t work the way we’d like it to. because they are so intent on keeping things hands-off, your products may end up on sites you don’t want them to, and there is nothing in your power to stop these retailers (some of whom are unethical and misrepresent your products).
when there have been issues with integrating Shopify data with their app, they blame the users & take no ownership of the issues.
sales have never really been high enough to justify all the extra work involved in managing this relationship.

We understand your concerns about product distribution and retailer control. Suppliers should have confidence in how their products are represented and where they appear, and we recognize how frustrating it can be when you feel you have limited visibility or control over that process.
We also hear your feedback regarding Shopify integrations and the support experience when technical issues occur. When something doesn’t work as expected, our goal should be to help identify the root cause rather than leave suppliers feeling that responsibility has simply been placed on them.
Finally, we understand your point about the time required to manage the relationship compared with the sales generated. Your feedback is valuable and highlights areas where we need to make the platform more transparent, reliable, and worthwhile for suppliers.
