Paying $25/month for very little. This is designed optimally for wholefood stores and similar. The outlay cost of $25 MINIMUM a month is ludicrous. At best, this app takes 5 minutes to load on your POS and then literally slows down every transaction to a crawl.

Hi SW Coast Refills, we're sorry you had the experience you did with our app. We checked and our team never received a support ticket from you, and your account also never accepted our app's billing charge after you installed it most recently in Jan 2025 so you were never billed this year, and this is also why the app may not have loaded correctly for you when you tried it.
