I had a live online meeting with one of the team members, Vindu, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the support I received. She was extremely patient and explained everything clearly, going through all my questions in great detail. Thanks to her, I now have a much better understanding of how the whole system works. The app itself is also excellent, it offers a lot of flexible options for different shipping cost scenarios, which makes it really easy to set up exactly what I need for my store.
