Sounds like you've been using our scan tool to track issues. Did you check out our youtube channel, it has a couple in-depth videos (3+ hours) going over a wide range of common optimization issues. Please drop a screenshot of the 'missing keywords in local language' to our live chat support. Might be a bug? The app is designed to pull and display all the most frequent page keywords in your primary store language.
