SEO King

I am very disappointed with my experience with this app.

I installed and purchased the app because the pricing looked attractive. However, after purchasing it, I was informed that if I wanted to use the AI features, I would have to pay additional charges.

In my opinion, this additional cost should have been clearly mentioned in the app description and before the purchase was completed. Customers should be able to understand the full cost of the service before making a payment, rather than finding out about extra charges afterwards.

I also tried contacting the support team to clarify the issue, but unfortunately, I have not received a proper response. The lack of customer support has made the experience even more disappointing.

The price may initially look attractive, but after the additional AI charges, I found the overall cost to be much more expensive compared with other similar apps. Unfortunately, the service and customer support have not met my expectations.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this app. I suggest considering other alternatives before purchasing, especially if you are planning to use the AI features.

I hope the company will be more transparent about additional charges and improve its customer support in the future.

We've been using this app for years and it works brilliantly. It's very comprehensive and the support from the developers is excellent. Highly recommended.

Alex provided excellent support. He stayed on the chat with me for almost an hour working through some issues I was lost on. The help was very much appreciated

Great app, with great support. Thank you for Alex, for helping me with a complex issue I have been struggling with. Great support.

Jason und Alex sind echt super im Support. Melden sich sehr rasch, und helfen bei allem. Können wir echt weiterempfehlen

Great app!

I have just got a information that due to technical issue, they ask for my yearly payment one more time even that I already have paid - then this company loose all my confident for me to add a new payment - I don't know if it fraud or not.... I am waiting for a feedback if I will uninstall the app and ask for refunding of my already paid "yearly" fee .... please be aware.... my subscription is for renew in 2027.

Having no idea about SEO, I tried a couple of Apps which were hard to understand and hard to manage. I decided to give SEO King a go and haven't looked back. From the start, it was easy to install and set up. The instructions are easy to follow and there is a lot of built in features which work together seamlessly. Once I finished the set up, I waited for the bots to sniff out my site and them boom....1st page for every Google search. Thank you SEO King

This app is phenomenal at optimizing your site and clearly showing exactly what’s going on with SEO issues—and much more. If you’re having trouble with conversions, I highly recommend purchasing the Pro-level support.

Jason went above and beyond my expectations. We dove deep into every detail of my page, and the insight alone was worth the investment. This is hands down the best money I’ve spent on our Shopify store to date.

I honestly wish I had done this six months ago—it would’ve saved me a ton of money on useless ads that did nothing for conversions.

Looking forward to working with Jason again.
