Customer service does not answer or help me with my issue.
Hey there... I'm not sure why our response emails have not have reached you.
I see you are asking for us to remove a pop-up on your store. Unfortunately we do not have any pop-ups that are added to stores through our apps. When you remove our app.. everything will be removed the app does. The pop-up you have on store may be controlled by an email app installed or potentially something setup within shopify.

"I have deleted your app from my store but it still keeps the pop up in my home page and I cannot find where to delete it. I need assistance here, how can I get it away? A third party consultant installed the app and made the pop-up which I am not satisfied as it is not representing my brand."
