Great customer service! (This message was from before I signed up)

They still have great customer service, but I'm disappointed in the fact that I spent 2 days figuring out their app and setting up my scenarios to find out I need to be on the higher priced plan.
They should have a simple message that pops up when you use a feature that is a more advanced feature.
So keep this in mind when looking at this app, you will probably not be on the lower plans!
