I've tried a couple other solutions for managing inventory and product listings across multiple channels, and LitCommerce is hands-down the best one I've found. The templates are a godsend for syncing products from my main Shopify store to my Etsy shop -- they make it quick and easy to ensure that the right attributes and descriptions are applied.
I rarely encounter issues, but when I do, their support is great. They're based on the other side of the world from me so occasionally I have to wait a bit before someone is able to respond to me (because I'm sending messages to them in the middle of their night), but typically when that happens I wake up the next morning to find that they've solved my problem in the middle of my night.
Five stars, zero complaints; I'm very happy with this service.
