I have been using this app for a while and I have to say I really like it.
It is very logical built so it is very easy to use and when you get stuck there are a ton of tutorials which makes it really easy.
I have used customer support twice and they have been super fast in responding and very detailed in their responses, so I have nothing but good to say about this app. 5* plus.
Update, had to use support again today cause I could not find out how to solve the problem I had at hand. Started off with chatting to the AI and it did not really come up with a tangible solution that I could understand.
All of a sudden the customer support came online and made a video how to solve my problem, super easy to understand and to the point.
I stick with my 5* rating for this app.
