I don't deal with this app, as it is in the wheelhouse of my business partner, but I can comment on the customer service. When we do have a problem, they are very responsive and offer succinct instructions for the fix. We do not often have a problem, and many times it is not on their end but, instead, something we have done. No matter the cause, they help us sort it out and get things moving forward. Thanks!
