Product works as promised. We have had issues with our template due to another application and the support staff has gone out of their way to clean things up and get us functioning. Product is great and support is OUTSTANDING!
The whole team is professional, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful when problems arise. The app is working exactly as we want it to with ability to create custom discount groups, net terms and more. We couldn't be happier with the team and the functionality.

This app works for our business. It's pretty much the only thing I can find that has a dedicated wholesale section. Some unavailable features can be done through a workaround. But it wouldn't be possible without the support of the superstar customer support service. Shanna is always there ready to help with any requests. I could schedule a video call pretty much instantly to get help with configuring the app too. I recommend this app.

It's a decent app, if you have 3rd party apps with your checkout it can be tricky. We had a lot of clients give up because it wouldn't work, the checkout page would always change back to the regular pricing. constant issues with that, and lost clients because of that. They will help you get it right, but it can hurt you too if it doesn't work smoothly for your clients.
Thank you for the honest feedback. Third-party checkout apps were the sticking point, and rather than keep working around them one by one, we've changed the approach: wholesale customers now go through our own cart page, so those apps can't affect your pricing. Retail checkout stays as it is.

The app is pretty good value considering the options and the features are decent. Implementation was a bit hit and miss so their QA processes could be better but they persisted and got it working as it should eventually.

We've been using this app for years. We use this app to provide an easy option for our wholesale customers, as well as Volume Discounts to customers who purchase large quantities. It does have issues from time to time, but customer service is usually very prompt and has always helped us find a solution.
