Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B

This app is great. Used it to create an entire wholesale section to our website. They also implemented a few simple custom buttons for us and it was much appreciated.

Great app. We were looking to integrate B2B into our retail site. After a long app search, I found Wholesale Helper to be the best option. Had the features that we needed (wholesale lock, wholesale pricing, net terms) at a reasonable price. Plus, the support is great. We wanted the B2B portion to be seamlessly integrated into our site with little visual differences. Their support team was able to do that in a very quick manner. As well as accommodating small custom changes. They got things done usually within a business day. Very reliable. Big thank you to Shanna, she assisted us with most of our support requests, very kind and fast responses.

The app might have worked for us - but 10 days later and it still hasn't been integrated into our site as the developer has to do manual code updates. In addition, after a conference call a week ago, there hasn't been any follow up with our questions on complex shipping needs.

This is a great app with comprehensive features and is easy to integrate with your site. The support team was extremely helpful. They were quick to respond and professional, and offered excellent support to help resolve a unique issue with my site. I would highly recommend. It feels good to work with a team that cares about what they do as well as your specific needs.

The most critical part of any app through Shopify is the speed and quality of the customer support. From that standpoint, Wholesale Pricing Discount B2B has been excellent.

Love this app! It’s such a great way for our different types of customers to log in and see their own specific pricing. It's done simply but most importantly, the team at Wholesale Helper is incredible. They are always quick to respond and extremely helpful. I’m not the most tech-savvy, but they took the time to understand my questions and worked hard to find solutions that tailored the site perfectly to my needs. Hats off to them!

I just started using Wholesale Pricing. Beforehand, I had a lot of questions and was very critical, because I had bad experiences with similar apps from other providers. However, WPD's support has been fantastic and all my concerns have been addressed! So far, the app seems to do exactly what I need it to do. A big plus for me is that the app doesn't interfere too much with my existing cart.
