Every single person I encountered during the support process was extremely helpful, when I had a need that was not feasible on my end they had their dev team go in and work to meet my shop's needs. In particular Russ, Aughust, Ethan, Riley, and Hana were absolutely wonderful to work with in the chat support feature.
