Zoe helped me fix a problem between Shopify > AliExpress > DS'ers and the actual reseller/store. It was a mighty issue that needed a simple solution imo. However it just turned into a headache talking to all these channels that had to to their part. Eventually Zoe helped me through this entire process which pinpointed exactly where and why my order was being stuck. It saved my day and really helped me understand the process of how things work. It was a learning day and want to thank Zoe for helping me in this process while taking her time to make me understand with printscreens and extra information just to help me out. It made me feel like an actual customer myself.. hehe. Thx again Zoe!
