Love the app so far. The basic set up was easy and the results have been positive. It definitely gets customers to write reviews that they otherwise would not make the effort to do. I highly recommend it. Adding to my review as I've been using the app for a while now and I'm still just as happy with the results. Plus, customer service is always very responsive to any questions or changes I want to make which makes life so much easier. Thank you!
