Haven't sent traffic to it yet so can't report on long term functionality but Charles was incredibly helpful with set up and there is a large knowledge base for customizations. So far I've been able to do everything I wanted with it, excited to see what it can do for CR!

Thanks for this! The real payoff shows up once visitors start answering: the responses become zero-party data you can segment on, not just a path to a recommendation. That's usually where the CR lift comes from.
