We have been using Lifetimely for years. We use both ShipStation and ShipBob for shipping, and when a shipment is split between them, the app does not combine shipping costs to provide the actual shipping cost. Our COGS are not accurate anymore, and we are not happy.

Thanks for the candor, feedback and appreciate your frustration. Yes, shipping is a complex area and in some cases means there are some edge cases in how we handle the data.
