This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing business experiences I’ve ever had. I invested thousands of dollars and months of my time, and the results were close to nothing. Instead of clarity, I got confusion. Instead of strategy, I got excuses. Instead of transparency, I got vague reports and wasted ad spend.
After the first failure, I even left a review. That’s when one of their team members started calling me repeatedly — spending hours on the phone over several days — asking me to give them a second chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. Unfortunately, the second attempt ended the same way as the first: wasted budget, wasted time, and nothing close to meaningful results.
The problems?
– No clear or consistent strategy
– Zero understanding of my audience or brand
– Reporting that raised more questions than answers(they will be raised in shortly, or put more money to try)
– Results so poor they were practically non-existent
I walked away frustrated, out money, and out time. My honest opinion: if you value your business and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this app entirely.
