The customer service is quite poor - borderline making the platform unusable, as it does have a few issues. They dont man the chat or respond to the support@ email address. Even once you are a paying customer and they send you an invite to schedule a meeting with a CSM via Hubspot, no meeting actually gets booked. So you are just wasting your time contacting them.

I had high hopes for the platform, so i am hoping they will fix this up, but so far it is about as bad as it can be for a SaaS provider.
