Aside from the app itself being top-notch, the responsiveness from Rise.ai has been remarkable! I’m usually able to connect with a team member within minutes to address any questions, and any issue I’ve had has been promptly resolved. Today, John went above and beyond to correct an error that had me stumped (some of it was user error), and now my site and the eGift card suite are working perfectly.
