5+++ I only wish I'd called support day one as they are awesome. Seriously, after one year of using Shipping Easy and loving it, I finally got around to calling support and they helped me create a list of very specific shipping rules that help our orders sort into the best shipping category saving me and our warehouse hours of manual effort and time. I would not run an e-commerce store without this app. There service is over the top as we are preparing to send thousands of orders to fulfill our recent Kickstarter.
