UPDATE: Jay had a call with me directly and helped me to go through some upsells, and was then able to resolve an ongoing issue that was affecting the performance of the app on my site.

Not getting the revenue in to make it worth the cost of the app, and haven't really ever since the app updated.

Good morning! I'm sure we can fix this problem 💪. Most stores see minimum 10X ROI, some are well over 100X. I looked at your store and I know without a doubt we can do the same. It may just be how you had it set up, the products being recommended, or triggers need to be adjusted.
