We had some issues and the app didn't load on the backend. Some minor tweaks and the issue was fixed. I appreciate the good customer service!
I do find it takes an hour after a customer places an order when there's an upsell option and we can't fulfill the order until that time passes. It was disrupting our order process flow. I've disabled this feature, and it seems to be working smoothly again.
