FIRST of all before you connect Etsy to your Shopify, get your Etsy all set up. Set up your fixed shipping profile and if you like the profile you will use later, you can change all this later, then start uploading.
The app worked as promised. Sure what I needed was of course the pricier option but it worked and was 100% worth the cost. Made copying my inventory as painless as they could've made it.

Thank you very much for your great feedback. You are correct, setting shipping profile on Etsy and setting SKUs both on Shopify and Etsy is required for quantity update so you will not oversell.
