They have hidden the unsubscribe cancelation button so you cant cancel.

According to our records, you installed Importify on October 8, 2025, at 2:29 pm and uninstalled it at 2:42 pm — just 13 minutes later. Since the onboarding process itself usually takes 5–7 minutes, it’s unclear when exactly you had the chance to actually try the app’s features.
To clarify, canceling a subscription only requires uninstalling the app from your Shopify store, which you already did successfully.
