I've noticed that your AI feature has a 100-request daily limit — but I hit it after importing fewer than 20 products. Turns out, each product uses 4 requests: title, description, type, and tags all count separately. So with 100 requests a day, I can only import about 20 products. That's honestly pretty impractical — no matter how good the tool is, being limited to 20 imports a day makes it nearly useless for me. UPDATE: Great customer service — responded fast and already fixed my AI limit issue. Thanks!
We already increased it to all users, please recheck your account, you should be able to use the AI feature.
I just installed the app and paid $27.95 to use it. However, after using it for one day, I realized that the app does not sync inventory, which was the main feature I needed.
Because of this, the app is unfortunately not useful for my requirements, and it has been a waste of money for me.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue or arrange a refund, as the app did not perform the function it was expected to provide.

I’ve had a great experience using Importify. The app makes importing products extremely quick and convenient, and the interface is very user-friendly. It has really helped streamline my dropshipping workflow
The app was easy to install
DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOUR COMPANY USES SKU'S.
We imported dozens of products only to realized that it imports the same SKU for the first variant, for all the product variants. Made a huge mess of our Shopify products and our accounting system and took me hours to fix.
Support advised to simply pick orders off the Title description. That might be fine for smaller businesses but not for companies such as ours with over 10,000 SKU's and complex inventory management and accounting systems that depend on SKUs.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We noticed that the products you imported were from another Shopify store, rather than from marketplaces like AliExpress. Importing from another Shopify store does have certain limitations, including the inability to import variant SKUs.
To help manage this, we recommended checking your order variants (size/color, etc.) instead of relying solely on SKUs.

Stumbled upon this app a few months ago and tested it, I joined immediately after since it is the only app that can help me import my items from etsy without fuss at a click and boom done! It can import from other platforms too but I have not tried.
Highly recommended if you're an etsy seller moving stuff to your shopify store.

Importify is a great app. It's very easy to use, transfers all of the product information with images to your site and best of all if you ever have a problem, the support team is second to none. They respond promptly with a solution. For this reason I could not give them anything less than 5 stars

I had an issue importing. The support team was Amazing!
to me this is not a dropshipping app, I transfer my amazon products to my shoppify store, I have to do some changes when I do it, but is easier than listing product.
