Reached out to Subiksha with a problem I was facing with the app, while the problem was not immediately resolved in the call due to it being a more niche problem, she was proactive in listening to the exact issue and mentioned that she will take it back to the team for propose a solution .

Thank you for sincere initiative!

Overall the app is very helpful in setting up delivery schedules and has been working well for us
