I recently had an ongoing issue with a return/exchange, and Skyler from Redo’s customer service team was absolutely instrumental in getting everything resolved. From the very start, Skyler was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. They took the time to understand the situation, followed up promptly, and made sure every step was clear and easy for me to complete. Really appreciate the support.
